Role description

Vertico is looking for an enthusiastic team member with a talent for customer interaction to join and help grow our young and dynamic company in Eindhoven. As a sales lead at Vertico, you will be responsible for directly responsible for sales, RFQ’s, funnel management and some contract management.

 

What you can expect:

• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions

• Cultivate and extend business relationships with current customers

• Respond to requests for quotations

• Collect customer insights on user experience, product improvements and needs

• Structurally follow up leads and update the sales funnel

• Represent Vertico and give presentations at conferences and exhibitions

• Collaboratively work with other technical sales or support colleagues in the company

 

What we ask:

The ideal candidate has an HBO or MSc degree in a relevant field (sales, engineering, business, …) and some relevant experience in B2B environment. Two or more years of experience in an industrial environment which includes customer interaction. Experience in 3D printing technologies is a plus. A passion for customer interaction and technology and ambition to grow are highly regarded. Strong presentation and writing skills are required, as well as a quality mindset and good problem-solving skills. Quick responsive times, high standards and an entrepreneurial predisposition are qualities we regard highly for this position.

• Strong drive for customer satisfaction and quality

• Proficiency in English both in written and verbal form is a must

• Must currently live and work in the Netherlands, part time work from home possible

• Full time remote work is not possible
